FECODE Executive Committee after making a detailed assessment on the process of negotiating the National Statement on Petitions to date, considers it appropriate to inform the subsidiary boards, teaching and education communities, progress has been made on issues such as those related to the right to life by remembering the modification of Resolution No. 1240, 2010, but other topics have not had the political will by the Government to find solutions in the short term, since it conditional on concepts that must be issued by other government agencies and show which are then supported on the negotiation table for discussion and for decision making.

In light of the foregoing, we ask the subsidiaries in the short term are deployed all relevant actions in order to engage the teachers and educational communities to comply with the National Day of Mobilization to we will lead on Thursday 12 May in the cities of Bogotá, Medellín, Barranquilla, Cali and Bucaramanga.

Note: Affiliates of Casanare (SIMAC) and Guaviare (ADEG), will not participate with offices in Bogotá, for that reason should promote the development of the respective activity in the capital.

Note: Putumayo subsidiary (ASEP) will not participate with offices in the city of Cali, therefore it should promote the development of the respective activity in the capital.

BARRANQUILLA: ADEA, ADEMACOR, ADES, EDUMAG, SUDEB, ASODEGUA And ADUCESAR.

BUCARAMANGA: SES, ASEDAR And ASINORT.

Affiliates' Boards do not participate in the Day in the capital cities to be the epicenter of the movement, shall comply with this activity in the respective region.
